Tangled: Disney's Hair Apparent

I've just finished watching the computer animated Disney Princess movie, Tangled, and I got to watch it with my 24 year old daughter who had seen it previously and recommended it. Gone are the days of “girls as victims who must be saved by a man” storylines and this Disney effort has made me rethink what Walt's heirs have been doing recently. 


The Princess/Rapunzel character is literally a healer and has tremendous power and although it is a love story about princesses, its a fun movie with Zach Levi of "Chuck" fame and Mandy Moore. An enjoyable musical diversion, not in the typical Disney mould.
